Tidal Nutrition & Recovery is in-network with select insurance plans.

Coverage for nutrition counseling varies by individual plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider before your first appointment to confirm your benefits and any applicable copay, coinsurance, deductible, or visit requirements.

For clients who are not using an in-network insurance plan, private pay is available. Each session is priced according to the care provided.
